Published chapter pricing runs from $0 to roughly $3–$25 per member per semester. Dueflow charges chapters $0 (members pay a $2–$15 processing fee per payment). Of the legacy platforms, OmegaFi runs about $3 per member per month and GreekBill about $18 per member per semester (both from chapter invoices, since neither publishes pricing), LegFi $3–$9 per member per month, RallyDues $2 per member per month plus a $30 setup fee, MyGreek $0–$99 per month, and PayDues 0.5–1% of every payment. Nationals-mandated platforms are usually billed to the chapter through HQ.

$0. Dueflow has no per-member, per-chapter, or platform fee for chapters or nationals. The only cost is a processing fee the member pays at checkout: $2 ACH / $5 card for payments under $100, $10 ACH / $10 + 3.3% card for $100–$399, and $15 ACH / $15 + 3.3% card for $400 and up. A $200 ACH dues payment costs the member $210 and the chapter receives the full $200.

No. There is no platform fee, no setup or implementation fee, and no contract – chapters can start free and leave at any time. Treasurers can also record cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle payments at no cost.

Bank transfers cost less to process than card payments. We pass those savings to your members. ACH is the most popular payment method on Dueflow.

Can members make partial payments or pay in installments?

Yes. Dueflow supports partial payments – members can pay what they can now and come back to pay the rest later, at their own pace. For buy-now-pay-later, Klarna lets members split their dues into installments while your chapter receives the full amount immediately.
