Let members pay their way
Members can pay part of what they owe now and come back later, or clear every outstanding charge at once with lower combined fees.
All-or-nothing payments leave money on the table
When members can only pay a bill in full, the ones who can't afford it all at once simply don't pay — and fall further behind. Meanwhile members with several charges have to check out over and over, racking up fees each time.
Flexible payments that actually get you paid
Partial payments let members chip away at a balance instead of putting it off. Bulk checkout lets members with multiple charges settle everything in one transaction, with lower combined processing fees. Either way, more dues get collected.
Partial payments
Members pay what they can now and return to finish the balance later.
Bulk checkout
Members clear every outstanding charge in a single transaction.
Lower combined fees
Paying multiple charges at once means one transaction instead of several — and a lower total processing fee.
Scheduled payment plans
Split a charge into installments on dates you control, agreed up front.
Balance-aware reminders
Reminders always reflect what's left, so partial payers are only nudged about their remaining balance.
Better collection rates
Flexibility removes the excuse to wait, so more members pay on time.
Flexibility with you in control
You enable flexibility
Per charge, decide whether to allow partial payments, offer a payment plan, or require payment in full.
Members pay what they can
A member who can't cover everything today pays part now — their balance and your dashboard update instantly.
Or clear everything at once
Members with several outstanding charges use bulk checkout to settle them all in one transaction with a lower combined fee.
Balances take care of themselves
Every partial payment, installment, and bulk checkout is tracked automatically — reminders and dashboards always show the real remaining amount.
Partial payments turn "can't pay" into "paid some"
The member who can't afford $600 today doesn't become able to afford it by being reminded harder. But most of them can pay $200 now — and a system that accepts that keeps them engaged instead of avoidant. With partial payments enabled, members choose an amount at checkout, pay it with any supported method, and their remaining balance is tracked automatically.
Nothing about this creates work for the treasurer. The dashboard shows exactly who has paid in full, who is partway there, and how much remains. Reminders adjust to the remaining balance on their own. And because you enable it per charge, the flexibility exists exactly where you want it and nowhere else.
Bulk checkout: several charges, one transaction
By mid-semester, a member can easily have three or four open charges — dues, a formal ticket, a philanthropy fee. Paying each one separately means going through checkout repeatedly and paying a processing fee every time. Bulk checkout collapses all of it: the member sees every outstanding charge, selects what to pay, and settles it in a single transaction.
One transaction means one fee instead of several — a real saving the member sees at checkout. Removing the friction of repeated checkouts is also how those last lingering charges actually get cleared.
- All outstanding charges in one view
- Single checkout, single processing fee
- Works with ACH, card, and wallets
- Each charge still tracked separately in your books
Payment plans for the big bills
For large charges — semester dues, new-member fees — a scheduled payment plan beats an open-ended balance. You define the installments and their dates when you create the charge; members opt in and pay on that schedule. It's the predictability of a payment plan without the spreadsheet you'd otherwise maintain to police it.
Combined with deadline pricing and automated reminders, plans give you a complete toolkit: reward early payers, accommodate members who need time, and let the system do the tracking either way.
