Let members pay their way.

The member who can't afford $600 today doesn't become able to afford it by being reminded harder. But most of them can pay $200 now – and a system that accepts that keeps them engaged instead of avoidant. With partial payments enabled, members choose an amount at checkout, pay it with any supported method, and their remaining balance is tracked automatically.

Nothing about this creates work for the treasurer. The dashboard shows exactly who has paid in full, who is partway there, and how much remains. Reminders adjust to the remaining balance on their own. And because you enable it per charge, the flexibility exists exactly where you want it and nowhere else.

By mid-semester, a member can easily have three or four open charges – dues, a formal ticket, a philanthropy fee. Paying each one separately means going through checkout repeatedly and paying a processing fee every time. Bulk checkout collapses all of it: the member sees every outstanding charge, selects what to pay, and settles it in a single transaction.

One transaction means one fee instead of several – a real saving the member sees at checkout. Removing the friction of repeated checkouts is also how those last lingering charges actually get cleared.
