A dues bill only gets paid fast when paying it is easier than ignoring it. Dueflow gives every member a personal payment link that opens straight to checkout — no app to download, no account to create, no login to remember. From there they choose the method that fits: ACH straight from a bank account, any credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay from their phone, or Klarna to split the bill into installments.

Fees are always shown up front, before anyone pays. Your chapter is never charged — members cover a small processing fee at checkout, and the amount you asked for is the amount that lands in your account. If a member hands you cash or a check instead, record it manually for free and their balance updates just like an online payment.

The strongest tool a treasurer has is the deadline — and Dueflow makes it self-enforcing. Set an early-bird price to reward members who pay ahead of schedule, a regular price for the main window, and a late price after the deadline passes. The right amount is applied automatically based on when the member pays, so you never have to send the awkward "late fee now applies" message yourself.

For members who genuinely can't pay all at once, you decide how much flexibility to offer. Enable partial payments so they can chip away at a balance, or set up a scheduled payment plan that splits dues into installments on dates you control. Either way, their remaining balance is tracked automatically and reminders always reflect exactly what's left.

Every payment — online or manual — flows into one real-time dashboard. You can see who has paid, who hasn't, and how much is outstanding at any moment, without maintaining a spreadsheet on the side. Members get an emailed confirmation and a downloadable PDF receipt for every payment, so "did my payment go through?" answers itself.
