Greek Connect is a chapter management app built around communication and operations: points, calendar, messages, rush, drive, polls, tasks, meal plan, and member management, priced per semester by chapter size after a 14-day free trial, with chapter-level dues and expense tracking layered on. Dueflow is built for the treasurer: dues with payment plans, reimbursements, budgeting with bank sync, a merch and ticket store, QuickBooks sync, Form 990 filing, and a free nationals dashboard, with no platform fee for chapters or nationals.
Dueflow is free for chapters and nationals – $0 platform fees forever. Members pay a small processing fee per payment.

What is the difference between Dueflow and Greek Connect?
Greek Connect is a chapter communication and operations app – points, calendar, messages, rush, drive, polls, tasks, and meal plans on iOS, Android, and web – priced at $120 per semester at its pricing page's default chapter size after a 14-day trial, with chapter-level dues and expense tracking added on and no published processing fee. Dueflow charges chapters no platform or per-member fee – a 100-member chapter pays $0 a year and members cover processing when they pay. Dueflow covers the money side Greek Connect leaves thin: payment plans, reimbursements, budgeting with bank sync, a store, QuickBooks sync, Form 990 filing, and a free nationals dashboard.
Chapters and nationals running on Dueflow.
A per-semester subscription vs. a published $0.
Greek Connect's pricing page shows a chapter plan at $120 per semester at its default chapter size (a member-count slider changes the figure), all features included, after a 14-day free trial; councils and headquarters are asked to contact Greek Connect for pricing. Dueflow's price is on its pricing page: chapters and nationals pay $0, and members pay a flat processing fee only when they pay.

*Greek Connect's pricing page (getgreekconnect.com/pricing, checked September 2026) shows $120 per semester at the page's default chapter size, or $240 for a two-semester year; the member-count slider moves that number, and its llms.txt says pricing is per semester based on chapter size, so your quote may be higher. Payment-processing fees on dues collected through Greek Connect are not published, so none are included. Hours are estimates: both products are self-serve; Dueflow chapters typically send their first dues request within 5 minutes of signing up.

Choose Dueflow if the treasurer is the buyer
Dues with payment plans, reimbursements, budgets, bank sync, QuickBooks, a store, fundraising, and Form 990 filing at $0 for the chapter. The next treasurer inherits one set of books instead of an app export plus spreadsheets.
Choose Dueflow if you want the price published before you start
No trial-to-subscription step, no per-semester renewal to budget for, and the member processing fee is on the pricing page. Nationals join the oversight dashboard at $0 too.
Greek Connect may fit if the problem is communication, not collection
If your chapter's pain is points, attendance, a shared calendar, rush tracking, polls, and group messaging on a phone, Greek Connect is built around exactly that and its dues tracking may be enough. Many chapters run Greek Connect for operations and Dueflow for money; Dueflow has no contract, so you can add it without dropping anything.
When you need a hand – a question at 11pm, a fix before dues go out – you get real people who answer fast. Support, engineers, and operators who actually build for you, not a ticket queue.

Money in and money out
Dues, reimbursements, and budgets in the same books.
Greek Connect's public site describes chapter-level dues and expense tracking. Dueflow also moves the money: members pay through the portal, officers approve receipt-backed reimbursements, payouts go out automatically with an audit trail, and every transaction lands in a budget bucket.
ACH, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, partial payments.
Greek Connect does not publish how members pay dues or what processing costs. Dueflow publishes the fee per method, and adds Klarna buy-now-pay-later, partial payments at the member's own pace, and bulk payments with lower combined fees.
Greek Connect's own llms.txt points national dues billing to OmegaFi and asks councils and HQ to contact it for pricing. Dueflow's nationals dashboard shows per-chapter collected, outstanding, and overdue at $0, so chapters and headquarters share one set of numbers.
Dueflow wrote this page, so read it as a vendor comparison. Here is exactly what we compared, where the numbers came from, and when we last checked them – verified September 20, 2026.
What we compared
A 100-member chapter over a full academic year (two semesters), the size we see most often.
Platform and per-member fees only. Payment processing fees are listed separately because on Dueflow the member covers them, so the chapter's platform cost is $0.
Published list pricing where the competitor publishes it. Where it does not, the figure is an estimate and we say so on this page.
How we priced Greek Connect
Greek Connect's pricing page shows $120 per semester at its default chapter size, or $240 for a two-semester year, and a member-count slider moves that figure; councils and headquarters are asked to contact Greek Connect for pricing. Payment-processing fees on dues collected through Greek Connect are not published, so none are included here.
